Laser Cutting has been a key component at Stock Manufacturing & Design (SMD) over the years. Laser cutting machines have allowed us to produce the most intricate of parts quickly and efficiently. With the use of nesting software, we are able to utilize material more efficiently, potentially shorten lead times, and spread common setup costs over a number of jobs, passing cost savings on to our customers. Still, we are looking to better our services even more with 2 brand new Cincinnati Lasers and an automated Material Handling System which has the potential to run a lights out operation.
